During our family stay at Casa Primal, we experienced a delightful array of family-friendly amenities and activities that truly exceeded our expectations. the spacious rooms provided a welcoming retreat for our family of four, with a charming private outdoor lounge area perfect for relaxation and quality time together. One of the highlights of our stay was the inclusive excursion-hike at Santuario Cascada de las Ánimas, where our knowledgeable guide shared fascinating insights about the local flora, fauna, and historical events, creating an enriching experience for both adults and children. the complimentary use of the hot tub added an extra layer of relaxation to our weekend getaway, while the option to book massages allowed us to unwind and pamper ourselves. Margarita, the masseuse, deserves special recognition for her exceptional skills and warm hospitality. Overall, Casa Primal's warm and inviting ambiance, coupled with its family-friendly offerings such as the guided hike and relaxing hot tub experience, made our Christmas holiday retreat truly memorable.
